The Cottages are situated in the courtyard of Harewood Park and were converted from old farm workers dwellings to form a 7 unit facility. Here we provide rehabilitation based on ordinary life principles in a homely environment.
The residents will have been through Harewood Park’s rehabilitation programme and have made sufficient progress to be able to move into The Cottages.
Occasionally however a direct referral to The Cottages will be accepted.
The length of stay is based on need.
Regular reviews are held and we work with the multi – disciplinary team involved in the resident’s care, in order to identify a placement in the community to meet their needs.
