The Annexe was built in 1997 on the site of farm buildings attached to the main house. It meets the requirements of the National Care Standards and accommodates 11 residents and includes the following facilities:
- Single bedrooms, some with en-suite facility
- Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with an en-suite facility
- Nurse call system in all rooms
- TV point in all rooms
- Lounge
- Dining room/Activity room and Conservatory
- Residents' kitchen
- Residents' laundry
- Extensive gardens
