Residents have completed a rehabilitation programme and it has been identified that, due to their complex needs and disabilities, they are in need of a long term placement.
The residents have their own care programmes and risk assessments and are encouraged to do as much for self within their disability.
There is a dedicated staff team who provide personal care to meet individual resident need as to their care plans. Also qualified nursing staff by 24 hours to ensure that the resident's mental and physical health and well being are maintained.
